Quick Dipping Strips Pizza

One of my favorite quick and easy lunches to make is Dipping Strips Pizza. It requires 4 simple ingredients and takes less than 15 minutes to make. Perfect for a quick lunch in between all those summer-fun activities.

Here is what you need:

1 can Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust
1 1/2 c. Shredded Cheese (I use half mozzarella and half cheddar)
Approx. 30 Pepperoni slices (I use Turkey pepperoni... tastes like the real thing but less fat & grease!)
1 1/2 c. Pasta sauce

This is what you do:

Toss the oven on to preheat at 425
Grease a cookie sheet
Roll out your dough
Top with pepperoni
Sprinkle on shredded cheese
Toss it in the oven for approx. 11 minutes

Warm some pasta sauce in a bowl in the microwave for a few seconds
Take Dipping pizza out of the oven when the dough looks golden
Cut it longways down the middle
Then cut the shortway about 8 times or so to make strips of pizza that you can pick up & dip into your sauce
